Do you need a high-resolution image file?
Please try to use the best-quality image you have available. You must use a high-resolution image file that is at least 480 X 480 pixels. If you dont know the exact pixel size of your photo, dont worry. We will tell you if the resolution isnt high enough after we receive your attached image. However, most photos taken with a digital camera can be accepted by for your project. So, if you have images you took with your digital camera and you dont know their resolution, they probably meet our minimum requirements. If your image is below the minimum resolution/size requirements of 480 X 480 pixels, do not simply increase the size in your editing software. You must either rescan the image or use a higher-quality image.

I have a digital camera; what settings should I use?
When taking digital photographs, set your camera at the highest possible resolution. You can always reduce the resolution later. Low-resolution images cannot be increased without loss of image quality. When scanning in photographs, please choose a resolution of 300 dpi or higher in your editing software.

Will you alter or enhance the image I use?
